Free Online Wellbeing Sessions for Ukrainians in East Hampshire

A safe space to talk, be heard, and connect with others who understand.
Each session is an open drop-in group, facilitated by a qualified Ukrainian-speaking Therapist. We talk about what really matters: adaptation, anxiety, loneliness, relationships, uncertainty.
Representatives from OPORA are also present at every session.

Emotional support and practical guidance — in Ukrainian, all in one place.
